Pell a Pell brand strategy project

Brand Strategy — Pell a Pell

Context

Team of perinatal psychologists focused on maternal mental health.

Responsibilities

Brand strategy development from scratch, including concept and logo. Identity representing motherhood and growth, aligned with project values.

Outcome

In five years, grew from two to nearly twenty psychologists, building a 30,000+ mother community and strong brand foundation.

Context

Petit Oh! needed a scalable e-commerce channel with platform migration and system integration.

Responsibilities

End-to-end e-commerce ownership: performance, marketing and platform evolution. Migration from Magento to PrestaShop. ERP and PIM integration. Coordination with development and external partners. Analytics-driven optimisation.
